Yugetsu Sanso is a traditional Japanese inn with a traditional sukiya-style building, full of charm. Korokan is a modern building style inn. Meals are served buffet-style at Yugetsu Sanso, making it popular with families and young couples. Korokan offers kaiseki cuisine in-room dining for both dinner and breakfast, which is rare these days, and is popular mainly with senior guests. The two buildings are connected, so you can enjoy bathing in the hot springs just within the buildings.
All rooms and the entire building are non-smoking.
If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area within the building.
All rooms at Korokan (except for single rooms) have a great view.
If you let us know in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request, such as reserving a room near the elevator.We also have Western-style rooms available for guests who use wheelchairs.In addition, our restaurant "Yumiharizuki" has table seats that are wheelchair accessible.
*There are no steps at the entrance to the Western-style rooms, so you can enter in a wheelchair, but there is a step of about 20 cm at the bathroom and toilet. Thank you for your understanding.

The private cypress bath is barrier-free, allowing wheelchair users to enter right up to the bathtub. (Reservations are required on a first-come, first-served basis. 40 minutes is 2,200 yen.)

Children under 7 years old are welcome to use the public baths, regardless of gender. Baby cribs are available in the women's large public baths "Kame no Yu" at Yuzuki Sanso and "Ginpa no Yu" at Korokan. We also have private baths available for your family to enjoy a relaxing soak. Guests staying at the hotel: A separate bathing tax of 150 yen will be charged for adults and 150 yen for children (7-12 years old).

If you take the train, you will need to change trains a few times, but the journey time is stable at around 40 minutes and the fare is cheap.
Buses are very convenient as there are no transfers, but arrival times may vary depending on road conditions. Bus fares are also several hundred yen more expensive than trains. We are sorry, but the bath in your room is not a hot spring.
Only the "Royal Suite with Open-Air Bath in the Sky" and the "Guest Room with Open-Air Bath with a Spectacular View" at Korokan have private open-air baths, and these baths use radon spring water.
