The greatest attraction of Korokan is the stunning scenery that unfolds outside the windows. Located on a hill away from the hustle and bustle of Arima Onsen town, the majestic ridge of Mt. Rakuba is right in front of you, and the clear waters of Takigawa River unfold below.

The scenery changes with the seasons, from cherry blossoms in spring, to fresh greenery in summer, to autumn leaves, and is like a painting. In particular, on the 7th and 8th floors, there are many "rooms with open-air baths" where you can have this magnificent view all to yourself. The time you spend gazing at the magnificent view through the steam of the hot springs without being disturbed by anyone will teach you the luxury of doing nothing.

"In-room dining" style (or private dining) is a traditional Japanese form of hospitality, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a private space without having to worry about anyone else. Your room attendant will serve you each dish at your own pace.

Korokan is proud of its large public bath, which is filled with Arima's famous "Kinsen (Red Water)" hot spring. For those who prefer a more private bath, we also offer three different themed baths (cave, cypress, and wine). While these are not hot springs, you can enjoy a playful space with your family or loved ones without any worries.

Korokan and our sister hotel, Yugetsusanso, are connected by the Gekko Bridge over the Takikawa River. Guests can cross this bridge and freely use the facilities at Yugetsusanso.
